Pool & Hot Tub Water Care Delivery Policy

We ship orders to Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, and Rockland Counties (NY), and Fairfield and Litchfield Counties (CT).

Orders shipping outside of these areas will not be processed and a refund will be issued.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you. Please contact us at info@orangecountypools.com. 

Product Use & Responsibility

All chemical products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper handling, storage, measurement, and application of all chemical products. We are not responsible for improper use, misuse, over-application, under-application, or failure to follow manufacturer directions.

We are also not responsible for any results, damage, or performance issues resulting from the use of our products in combination with products purchased from other retailers or manufacturers.

Customers should always test water chemistry before application and follow recommended dosing instructions.

Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, Saunas, Massage Chairs, Cold Plunges, and Covana Covers can only be purchased, delivered, installed, and serviced in select locations, including Westchester, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, and Rockland Counties (NY), and Fairfield and Litchfield Counties (CT).

Delivery, installation, electrical policies, warranty information and additional details related to the purchase of your product are outlined within your product’s documentation and should be reviewed prior to purchase. Note: If warranty information is not included in the documentation below, it can be found in the item’s description.

Signed Documentation Requirement

After your purchase, our team will reach out to request signed copies of any required documents. These documents may include acknowledgments, waivers, or other information specific to your selected product. Please review your product’s documentation page carefully, as it outlines the details and terms that must be reviewed and signed before fulfillment can be completed.
